The Union in part 5 of the constitution of India lists functions, powers, rules for the Executive, the Parliament, Legislative Power of the President, Union Judiciary , and Comptroller and Auditor General of India.

The Union Executive

The Executive – The Executive section on part 5 of of the constitution India contains article 52 – article 78. It deal with powers and functions of president of India, work of attorney general of india, impeachment of president among others.

The Parliament – The Executive section on part 5 of of the constitution India contains article 79 – article 122. The articles in this section deal with disqualification of member of parliament, speaker and deputy speaker of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, etc. Some of the subjects under this section are :
