The Union in part 5 of the constitution of India lists functions, powers, rules for the Executive, the Parliament, Legislative Power of the President, Union Judiciary , and Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
The Union Executive
The Executive – The Executive section on part 5 of of the constitution India contains article 52 – article 78. It deal with powers and functions of president of India, work of attorney general of india, impeachment of president among others.

The Parliament – The Executive section on part 5 of of the constitution India contains article 79 – article 122.
